001

Choose the best categories

Luckily for you, we have quite a range to choose from so you can select the areas that will showcase your property the best. You can apply for as many categories as you’d like to increase your chances.

002

Attend our webinar

For the first time ever, we’ll be running a webinar with insider info on how to apply and win the awards – the advice will be invaluable so we suggest you get involved. You can find further details and sign up here.

003

Stand out from the crowd

Knowing where your strengths lie is an important part of running an independent accommodation. Tell us what makes your property different from all the rest so that you’re memorable to the judges.

004

Provide evidence

You may be able to talk the talk but do you have the proof that you deserve to win? Links to TripAdvisor reviews or previously won awards go a long way, as well as anecdotal evidence and imagery on your website.

005

Keep it succinct

Try not to waffle on for too long – the judges have lots of applications to read in a short space of time. Begin with the best reasons and attributes your property has and you’ll be off to a great start.

006

Tailor your answers

Keep in mind the criteria of the award you’re applying for. If you’re applying for more than one category, don’t recycle the same answers (within reason) because we’ll be able to tell.

007

Submit a killer entry

Once you’ve finished off your application, remember to proofread it and be sure to submit it to us by the deadline and then keep your fingers crossed to make the shortlist!
